Purchasing Art Paintings from Artistic Art

Artistic Art has a range of Art Paintings available to purchase from the Artistic Art's online store.

Each painting available on Artistic Art's online store is priced as per the individual art painting available by the fine artist. All prices for artworks dispayed on Artistic Art's Online Shop are in Australian Dollars.

Information on the Pre Order Art Purchase Process

When pre ordering an individual art work from Artistic Art's online shop, we will confirm the following: the availability of the painting, order details, the finished art work selection and delivery details with the customer before the full payment of purchase is made. The artwork will only be reserved for purchase after a deposit and confirmation has been made.

Artistic Art - Artist Artwork Certification

All art paintings come with a Certification of Authenticity signed by the Artist. All art paintings which are showcased on the categories section of the Artistic Art website are original paintings on canvas.

Artistic Art - Artwork Availability

Artwork purchases through Artistic Art's Online Shop is currently only available with the Perth Metro, Mandurah area of Western Australia. For the delivery of a painting outside the Perth Metro and Mandurah area, an additional registered delivery charge and delivery insurance will be required.

All paintings are subject to availability. Within the shopping cart of Artistic Art's online shop, products will be displayed as available or unavailable. This is either that the painting is no longer available or that the canvas painting has been temporarily reserved until confirmation of order.

Artistic Art - Online Shop Information

Artistic Art's Online Shop uses SSL encryption during the pre-order art purchase. As no payment is made during the art purchase as it is a pre-order only, the customer details are emailed to Artistic Art and no details are stored within a database.

After the final order is placed, an Invoice is provided to the customer of the order and purchase details.

All artworks from Artistic Art's online shop are Invoiced (No GST) with the pre-order and official order also showing the Non GST pricing.

Artistic Art - Refund Policy

Paintings ordered through Artistic Art are inspected by the customer on delivery prior to full payment being made. On delivery of the painting the customer needs to sign that the official delivery has been made. All paintings use high quality art materials. If in the event there is a noticeable defect in the art material within 14 days of purchasing the painting from Artistic Art, the painting can be exchanged, or a credit note or refund provided on the return of the painting, provided this is requested within the 14 days of purchase. For any returns or refund requests within 14 days of purchase from any items purchased from Artistic Art's online store on this website, the art work ordered through Artistic Art will be thoroughly checked and inspected by representative from Artistic Art to determine the item was as is prior to delivery and not damaged after its purchase having been inspected by the customer, and or a representative from Artistic Art when or prior to delivered.
